What kind of meat did you bottle? Do you have to pressure cook them versus hot water bath? How do you use the meat afterwards? What other type of meats do you can?
This was beef that was on sale. We also do pork and chicken. It is THE easiest thing to do.
You can make just about ANYTHING in 15 minutes or less with it!
Yes, it's pressured at 12 lbs for 90 minutes. Comes out the softest, most moist meat around!
